Mengolah foto satu per satu terasa wajar bila jumlahnya dua atau tiga. Namun saat Anda harus menyiapkan 60 foto katalog, 30 foto dokumentasi kegiatan, atau seluruh foto HEIC dari liburan, cara itu bisa menghabiskan berjam-jam.

Langkah umum pemrosesan massal
- Kumpulkan foto dalam satu folder dan pastikan semuanya memang memerlukan pengaturan yang sama.
- Buka alat yang dibutuhkan, klik Pilih file, lalu pilih semua foto sekaligus. Anda juga bisa menyeret seluruh foto ke halaman.
- Atur pengaturannya sekali.
- Jalankan dan tunggu progres mencapai 100%.
- Periksa beberapa hasil di pratinjau, terutama foto yang paling berbeda dari yang lain.
- Unduh. Hasil lebih dari satu file dikemas dalam satu file .zip.
Pengaturan terakhir diingat di perangkat Anda. Untuk pekerjaan rutin, misalnya tanda air toko setiap minggu, Anda tidak perlu mengatur ulang dari awal.
Menyambung beberapa alat tanpa unggah ulang
Setelah hasil siap, tombol Lanjutkan dengan file ini (atau Lanjutkan dengan file-file ini untuk banyak hasil) mengirim semua hasil langsung ke alat lain. Tidak perlu mengunduh .zip, mengekstrak, lalu memilih file lagi.

Urutan langkah yang disarankan
Bila setiap foto butuh beberapa perlakuan, urutan berikut memberi hasil paling rapi:
- Bentuk: putar, potong, atau ubah ukuran.
- Warna: atur kecerahan dan filter.
- Tambahan: pasang tanda air.
- Kompres: selalu paling akhir.
Kompres diletakkan di akhir karena setiap kali foto disimpan ulang dalam format JPG, sedikit detail bisa hilang. Mengompres sekali di ujung menjaga kualitas lebih baik untuk ukuran file yang sama.
Contoh alur kerja
Foto katalog toko online
- Edit & Filter Foto: pilih semua foto, naikkan kecerahan dan kontras sedikit, simpan.
- Lanjutkan ke Ubah Ukuran Gambar: pilih Instagram persegi, cara menyesuaikan Isi penuh.
- Lanjutkan ke Tanda Air Gambar: nama toko di sudut kanan bawah dengan transparansi rendah.
- Lanjutkan ke Kompres Gambar: mode Target ukuran, misalnya 500 KB.

Berkas pendaftaran
- Pembuat Pas Foto: buat Foto tunggal 3×4 dengan latar sesuai ketentuan.
- Lanjutkan ke Kompres Gambar: Target ukuran sesuai batas di petunjuk resmi, misalnya 200 KB.
- Untuk foto KTP atau ijazah, ulangi langkah kompres dengan batas yang diminta.

Foto HEIC dari iPhone menjadi PDF
- Ubah Format Gambar: ubah semua foto HEIC ke JPG.
- Lanjutkan ke Gambar ke PDF: atur urutan halaman, lalu buat PDF.

Batas yang perlu diperhitungkan
- Ukuran dan jumlah. Maksimal 40 MB per gambar dan 100 gambar sekaligus.
- Kemampuan perangkat. Karena diproses di browser, kecepatan bergantung pada komputer atau HP Anda. Puluhan foto beresolusi tinggi lebih nyaman diproses di komputer.
- HEIC dan TIFF di Ubah Format Gambar diubah di server KASKOW lalu langsung dihapus. Format lain tetap di perangkat Anda.
Menjaga hasil tetap teratur
- Simpan foto asli di folder terpisah sampai semua hasil sudah benar dan terkirim.
- Hitung ulang jumlah file setelah mengekstrak .zip.
- Periksa data tersembunyi pada hasil akhir dengan Metadata & Warna Gambar bila foto akan dibagikan ke publik.
- Bagikan dengan tautan bila hasilnya untuk banyak orang: tekan Buat tautan dan pilih masa berlaku 24 jam, 7 hari, atau 30 hari. Tautan terhapus otomatis setelahnya.
Dengan alur yang tetap, pekerjaan yang biasanya memakan satu sore bisa selesai dalam beberapa menit, dan semua foto mendapat perlakuan yang persis sama.
Editing photos one by one feels fine when there are two or three. But when you need to prepare 60 catalogue photos, 30 event photos or every HEIC photo from a holiday, that approach can take hours.
Almost every image tool on KASKOW can process many images at once with the same settings, and the results can go straight on to the next tool.

General steps for bulk processing
- Gather the photos in one folder and make sure they all really need the same settings.
- Open the tool you need, click Choose files, then select all the photos at once. You can also drag all the photos onto the page.
- Set the options once.
- Run it and wait for the progress to reach 100%.
- Check a few results in the preview, especially the photos that differ most from the rest.
- Download. More than one output file is packed into a single .zip file.
Your last settings are remembered on your device. For routine work, such as a weekly shop watermark, you don't need to set everything up again.
Chaining several tools without re-uploading
Once the results are ready, the Continue with this file button (or Continue with these files for many results) sends every result straight to another tool. There's no need to download the .zip, extract it and select the files again.
The options shown include Compress Image, Resize Image, Crop Image, Convert Image, Watermark Image, Photo Editor & Filters and Image to PDF.
The recommended order of steps
If each photo needs several treatments, this order gives the tidiest results:
- Shape: rotate, crop or resize.
- Colour: adjust brightness and filters.
- Extras: add a watermark.
- Compress: always last.
Compression comes last because every time a photo is saved again as JPG, a little detail can be lost. Compressing once at the end keeps more quality for the same file size.
Workflow examples
Online shop catalogue photos
- Photo Editor & Filters: select all the photos, raise brightness and contrast slightly, save.
- Continue to Resize Image: choose Instagram square with the Fill fit method.
- Continue to Watermark Image: the shop name in the bottom-right corner at low opacity.
- Continue to Compress Image: Target size mode, for example 500 KB.

Registration documents
- Passport Photo Maker: make a 3×4 Single photo with the required background.
- Continue to Compress Image: Target size matching the limit in the official instructions, for example 200 KB.
- For ID card or diploma photos, repeat the compression step with the required limit.

iPhone HEIC photos into a PDF
- Convert Image: convert all the HEIC photos to JPG.
- Continue to Image to PDF: arrange the page order, then create the PDF.

Limits to plan for
- Size and count. Up to 40 MB per image and 100 images at once.
- Device capability. Because processing happens in your browser, speed depends on your computer or phone. Dozens of high-resolution photos are more comfortable on a computer.
- HEIC and TIFF in Convert Image are converted on the KASKOW server and deleted right away. Other formats stay on your device.
Keeping results organized
- Keep the original photos in a separate folder until every result is correct and sent.
- Recount the files after extracting the .zip.
- Check for hidden data in the final results with Image Metadata & Colors if the photos will be shared publicly.
- Share with a link when the results are for many people: press Create link and choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The link is deleted automatically afterwards.
With a fixed workflow, work that usually takes an afternoon can be done in a few minutes, and every photo gets exactly the same treatment.
