Cara kerjanya secara singkat
- Di komputer kantor dipasang aplikasi pendamping (host) yang menunggu sambungan.

Almost everyone has been there: already at home, then remembering an important file is still on the office computer. Or there is an app installed only on that machine and you need to run it briefly.
The answer is remote computer access. The office screen shows up on your device, and your mouse and keyboard control it as if you were sitting in front of it.
How it works in short
- A companion app (host) is installed on the office computer and waits for connections.
- From home, you open a connection in a browser with that computer's ID and password.
- Screen images are sent to you, and your commands are sent to the office computer.
The office computer must be on and connected to the internet. If it is off or asleep, a connection cannot be made.
Preparation before leaving the office
- Install the host app on the office computer (make sure company IT policy allows it).
- Note the ID and access password.
- Set the computer to not sleep automatically (Power settings → Sleep → Never).
- Test the connection from another device while still at the office, so you know how it works.
Install only on computers you are entitled to manage. For company-owned machines, ask IT first. Many offices have security rules about remote access.
Connecting from home
- Open the viewer page in a browser (Chrome or Edge) and sign in with your account.
- Enter the office computer's ID and password.
- Press Connect. The office screen appears.
- Work as usual. Text and files can be moved between the two computers.
