Langkah umum
- Sambungkan ke komputer tujuan lewat viewer.
- Buka fitur transfer file di dalam sesi.
- Pilih file dari komputer Anda untuk dikirim, atau pilih file dari komputer tujuan untuk diunduh.
- Tunggu sampai selesai. File besar membutuhkan waktu sesuai kecepatan internet kedua sisi.
- Cek hasilnya di lokasi tujuan, misalnya folder Unduhan.
Untuk teks pendek, tidak perlu mengirim file. Cukup salin di satu komputer dan tempel di komputer lain lewat clipboard bersama.

- Pastikan kedua koneksi internet stabil. Upload biasanya lebih lambat dari download.
- Beri nama file yang jelas dan tanpa karakter aneh.

When transfer inside a remote session helps most
- You are controlling the home or office computer and need to grab one file from it.
- You want to send a file from your laptop to a connected target computer, without making a link.
- The target is far away and nobody there can plug in a flash drive.
General steps
- Connect to the target computer through the viewer.
- Open the file transfer feature inside the session.
- Choose a file from your computer to send, or a file on the target computer to download.
- Wait until it finishes. Big files take time depending on both sides' internet speed.
- Check the result at the destination, for example the Downloads folder.
For short text, no file is needed. Copy on one computer and paste on the other through the shared clipboard.
To keep transfers smooth
- Make sure both internet connections are stable. Upload is usually slower than download.
- Give files clear names without odd characters.
- For many small files, bundle them into one ZIP folder to go faster.
- Afterwards, compare file sizes on both sides to make sure it is complete.
Securing sensitive files
- Do not send confidential documents over a connection you do not trust.
- Delete temporary copies you do not need.
- Disconnect the session after the transfer.
