For most needs, resizing saves the most. A 4000-pixel-wide photo is rarely needed for a form attachment.
Steps to shrink many photos at once
- Gather the photos to shrink.
- Open a photo converter and choose compress or resize.
- Select all photos at once, not one by one.
- Set the target: lower quality, or a maximum width.
- Run it and download all results.
- Open a few results and confirm they are still good enough.
