Langkah membaca QR dari screenshot di HP
- Simpan atau ambil tangkapan layar QR code yang ingin dibaca.
- Buka Pembaca QR & Barcode di browser HP.

Di komputer, caranya lebih singkat lagi: salin tangkapan layar, lalu tempel di halaman dengan Ctrl+V. Gambar juga bisa diseret dan dilepas ke halaman.
Link dari QR tidak dibuka otomatis. Periksa dulu alamat situsnya, dan jangan memasukkan kata sandi atau data bank bila alamatnya mencurigakan. QR palsu kadang dipakai untuk mengarahkan ke situs penipuan.
Melihat kata sandi WiFi dari QR code
Banyak HP bisa menampilkan QR untuk berbagi WiFi di menu pengaturan WiFi. Bila Anda lupa kata sandi jaringan yang sudah tersambung:
- Buka pengaturan WiFi di HP yang sudah tersambung, lalu tampilkan QR berbagi WiFi.
- Ambil tangkapan layar QR tersebut.
- Baca gambarnya di Pembaca QR & Barcode. Nama jaringan, jenis keamanan, dan kata sandinya ditampilkan dengan rapi, lengkap dengan tombol Salin kata sandi.
QR kontak juga ditampilkan rapi: nama, nomor, dan email terbaca tanpa perlu menyalin satu per satu.
Memindai langsung dengan kamera
Bila kodenya ada di kertas, kemasan, atau layar lain, gunakan kamera:
- Ketuk Nyalakan kamera dan izinkan akses kamera saat browser meminta.
- Gunakan Pilih kamera untuk beralih antara kamera depan dan belakang.
- Arahkan kamera ke kode. Di tempat gelap, nyalakan Senter bila perangkat mendukung.
Tayangan kamera hanya dipakai di perangkat Anda untuk mencari kode. Tidak ada gambar atau video yang direkam atau dikirim ke server.

Bila kode tidak terbaca
- Gambar buram atau terlalu kecil. Ambil tangkapan layar ulang dengan QR lebih besar, atau foto lebih dekat dengan cahaya cukup.
- Kode terpotong. Pastikan seluruh kode, termasuk tiga kotak di sudut QR, masuk ke gambar.
- Terlalu banyak bagian lain di gambar. Potong gambar di sekitar kode dengan Potong Gambar, lalu coba lagi.
- Pantulan cahaya. Miringkan sedikit kertas atau layar saat memotret.
Gambar besar atau miring sudah otomatis dicoba di beberapa ukuran, jadi sering kali cukup memilih gambar yang lebih tajam.

Steps to read a QR code from a screenshot on your phone
- Save or take a screenshot of the QR code you want to read.
- Open the QR & Barcode Reader in your phone's browser.
- Tap Choose images, then pick the screenshot from your gallery. You can select several images at once.
- The code type and its contents appear right away under Results.
- Tap Copy to copy the contents, or Open if the result is a link.
On a computer it is even quicker: copy the screenshot, then paste it on the page with Ctrl+V. Images can also be dragged and dropped onto the page.
Links from QR codes are not opened automatically. Check the site address first, and never enter passwords or bank details if the address looks suspicious. Fake QR codes are sometimes used to send people to scam sites.
Seeing a WiFi password from a QR code
Many phones can show a QR code for sharing WiFi in the WiFi settings menu. If you have forgotten the password of a network you are already connected to:
- Open the WiFi settings on the connected phone and show the WiFi sharing QR code.
- Take a screenshot of that code.
- Read the image in the QR & Barcode Reader. The network name, security type and password are shown neatly, with a Copy password button.
Contact QR codes are shown neatly too: the name, number and email are readable without copying them one by one.
Scanning live with the camera
If the code is on paper, packaging or another screen, use the camera:
- Tap Start camera and allow camera access when your browser asks.
- Use Choose camera to switch between the front and back cameras.
- Point the camera at the code. In low light, turn on the Torch if your device supports it.
The camera feed is only used on your device to look for codes. No images or video are recorded or sent to a server.

When a code can't be read
- The image is blurry or too small. Take the screenshot again with the code larger, or photograph it closer in good light.
- The code is cut off. Make sure the whole code, including the three squares in the corners of a QR code, is in the image.
- Too much else in the image. Crop around the code with Crop Image, then try again.
- Glare. Tilt the paper or screen slightly when taking the photo.
Large or tilted images are already tried at several sizes automatically, so choosing a sharper image is often enough.
